
ALL exterior improvements to your home must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to beginning any construction or landscaping activity or removal may be required.

This includes, but is not limited to: Planting of trees, shrubs, replacement of lawn with artificial turf, hardscaping, lighting, fence replacement and replacement of driveways/walkways.
Failure to obtain prior approval may result in having to remove or redo improvements.
Please review the Community Design Guidelines prior to completing your application form to ensure your submittal complies with the Guidelines and the submittal is complete so your application can move swiftly through the process.
